Join us as we celebrate the 52nd Anniversary of the MIVAL Junior Art Show!
Awards Ceremony – at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center
We are grateful to be able to partner with MICEC to fill the walls with our young people’s vibrant art.

This cherished Mercer Island tradition has a long history of supporting young artists in grades K-12 encouraging creative expression, building confidence, and connecting youth with the broader community through public exhibition. Hosted by MIVAL at MICEC, the show runs for three months.

The show consistently draws positive feedback from the community. Many volunteers say one of the best parts is hearing the kids talk about their work, what inspired them, what materials they used and how they felt while making it. Once we get kids to participate, many return year after year!
We’re forming a friendly and dependable team of volunteers to help make this year’s show a success.
